- Shipping Zones: We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. For Highlands and Islands, additional shipping times may apply.
- Dispatch Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Methods: We use reliable, tracked courier services to ensure your energy equipment arrives safely. Tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet these timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
2. Cancellations and Returns
Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized equipment cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Card or BACS).
